Who knew

Tyler is such a thoughtful little guy. He loves people in general. He loves our neighbor Royal. They give him candy so of course his loves him. Tyler hates contention. He trys so hard to be silly in situations that everyone is angry. So yesterday, he decided that he would like to draw some pictures and give them to the neighbors. But, he wanted to do the knock and run tactic. He got his picture all ready, ran it over, knocked one time on the door, really it was like knock, the run as fast as he could and stand at the side of the house. I knew he was doing this but I sort of let him just have his fun doing, I thought he would take it over then forget about it. 10 minutes went by and he hadn't come in the house so I went and checked on him and he was still running, knocking hiding. He saw me and said they aren't getting it mom. So I said just leave it there and then there will be a prize for them. I told him they probably weren't out of bed yet, it was 9:30 am. So he came in. Later he and a friend decided to make more pictures and take it to the neighbors. I heard him tell cole. "I think they will get these cause they are out of bed now." it was 3:00 pm. I just thought he was so cute, running, knocking, hiding, he was so anxious to see their faces with the prize he gave them. Ty Ty is a sunbeam this year. He so far has figured out that it is funner to tare up little pieces of paper and throw them at the teacher! I know he is the kid that is going to tell his teacher something brilliant like my mom and dad save water so they shower together (btw that is really something that a sunbeam said to their teacher about their parents, but not ust, just for example). But he does have the habit of inserting the word underware where ever he feels the word should be used. What did you do at school today ty? Underware. well, did you learn anything? "stinky underware." nice. Or it is puke, butt butt, peepee, poopoop, farthead, burphead. I had had enough. So, for FHE nicole had a naughty word trash party. Perfect! I wrote all these words on a piece of paper and we threw them in the garbage. Ty loved it. He had so much fun. So that night at bed time he was looking around his room and he said "opipus prime(optimus prime, transformer) loves to play with......(long silence) boobies." Ahh, how do explain this one with out explaining what those actually are and why we don't talk about that either. I looked at him and tried not to laugh. And just said good night. I hope if I ignore it; it will just go away.

How funny! He's so big now! I remember when you were doing my bridals and he was just born! Crazy how fast time flies! I feel for ya on the whole "boobies" thing. My two year old has decided that it's funny to pull down my shirt in public and point and say "boobies." so embarassing! She heard it once and it stuck. The things kids do to embarass us without even knowing! We love our kids!! :o)

I finally visited your blog. I love the story about Ty Ty. I can just see him out there, so excited about his surprise. I will have to read the rest of your blog another time. But I think it is great! You will love that you have stories about your kids and your life.

I know you love me! I'm just funnin with ya! Kara and Shawn are moving into their own place down the road from us. You guys are more than welcome to stay, I just don't have the set up that Dad & E have with bathrooms and such, but you know that we work around all that! After all we only had 1 1/2 bathrooms in Salem and we had you guys and kara and shawn living there and got along just dandy. It's totally up to you! My door is always open....
Love your guts!
